My name is Mary Arciero, owner of Mary Arciero Fitness LLC, and I am an ACE-certified Personal Trainer and Weight Management Specialist. I am in the process of becoming a Yoga Teacher and a Nutrition Coach as well. Based on your current fitness level and goals, I customize workouts that are specifically designed for you. My goal is to navigate my clients safely and successfully through the exercise world, helping them to make fitness a priority and a habit that also supports their health goals. My philosophy is to start slowly and gently so we can build safe, sustainable improvement.
