Yoga is so much more than movement.  It’s your path towards whole health and happiness.

Most people think of yoga as physical movements.  In reality, it is so much more than that.  Yoga means “union”.  In light of this, my yoga offerings consider how your body, breath, thoughts, emotions, habits, and sense of purpose all interact with one another and influence your well-being.  My goal is to provide a safe space to explore and process your whole self.  Here, we can support balance and healing across all layers of your being.
