Course Description

If you have been wanting to exercise but are worried about hurting yourself or don’t know where to start, this is the program for you!  Designed for beginners and individuals in the sedentary population, First Steps Home Fitness is the ultimate exercise program for beginners.  You will learn and implement the basics to help you develop a strong foundation for exercise.  Routines range from 10-20 minutes, with the option to keep them at a maximum of 15 minutes for those in a time crunch.

Phase 1 focuses on increasing strength and flexibility around your joints and in your core while correcting typical muscular imbalances related to a sedentary lifestyle.  You will also work on building your cardiovascular stamina through simple movements.  Most of my clients are 35 through 70+, started off sedentary, and have health conditions. These are the same exercises I use to get them started.  And now they live active, confident, and empowered lives!

The flexible structure of this 6-week program is designed to work for any schedule and learning style.  Do the routines anytime, anywhere.  You can follow along with the videos or do the exercises on your own.  Bonus videos and resources are designed to enrich your experience.  The program is safe and appropriate for most ages and many health conditions, with doctor approval.  Minimal equipment is needed.  No planks, squats, push-ups, or lunges in Phase 1.  Whew!

Results are guaranteed or your money will be returned to you, courtesy of our 30 Day Refund Policy.
