First Steps Home Fitness – Phase 1
Phase 1 focuses on the exercise foundations, emphasizing safety, form, and comfort. It is ideal for anyone who wants a slow and gentle start.
With step-by-step routines you can expect to: improve your posture, create better joint mobility, strengthen your heart and core, and stretch out tight muscles. All exercises are low impact and easy on the joints.

For seniors and folks with limited mobility or joint issues

First Steps Home Fitness – Phase 2
Phase 2 focuses on increasing strength, endurance, and flexibility throughout the entire body. It is ideal for people who want to jump into strength training or who have completed Phase 1.
Explore the 5 main movement patterns, improve your stamina and endurance, strengthen every major muscle group, increase whole body flexibility, and more! Exercises are low impact.
