Set sail towards your best self.  I’ll be by your side every step of the way, with a variety of options to meet any budget.  

The most personalized way to work with me is one-on-one.  This is where we create plans tailored specifically to you and your goals, using any blend of coaching, yoga therapy, or personal training that makes sense for you and aligns with your interests.  Contact me to schedule a free phone consultation to see if we could be a good fit for one another!

On Tuesday nights, I offer gentle yoga classes on Zoom from 7:00-8:00 pm EST.  These are appropriate for all levels; beginners are especially encouraged to attend!

I also offer at-home programs you can do at your own time and pace.  These are more budget-friendly and still highly effective!  I will be adding more programs in the future.
